What makes a good Architecture Design

I am considering of building a sports centre.

This will be something like the interior.

The pictures below are some of the cool exterior designs i am thinking of.
This design looks cool and unique, it will be better it the blue panels on the top will be like changi airport terminal 3 panel where in the day there is day light and only at night is the generated light.
The panel above is actually solar panels to collect energy.
This stadium, above is made out of translucent material to allow light in the day and only produce light at night.This is really an Eco friendly stadium.
This is one of the stadium that is going to be built soon in incheon south korea 2016.It looks really high tech and futuristic
